However, due to the unique nature of our crystal products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless there is a legitimate reason. Please read the following policy carefully:

Return Policy

· All crystal products are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be accepted for legitimate reasons.

· Legitimate reasons include serious damage, such as breakage, occurring during shipping. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.

· If you believe the crystal product is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the damage or defect.

· We will not process any return requests after this time period. For damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process

Please contact us via email at Teralake.home@gmail.com before returning any items, providing the reason for the return and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Once we approve your return request, we will arrange the return process (for defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return items must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.

Items must remain in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Any returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted, and your order will be returned to you.

Refund Method

· Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund through your original payment method within 14 working days.

· The refund amount will only cover the price of the product, excluding the original shipping costs.

· Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Custom Orders and Special Products

· Custom or personalized crystal products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a quality issue.

· Please ensure that all the information provided for custom or special orders is accurate before making the purchase.

· We recommend that you carefully consider your selection of crystal products, as each item is unique, and returns or exchanges are typically not accepted.

Jewelry Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing Teralake jewelry! To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please follow the steps below:

Return Conditions

1. Notify us: Before returning any items, please email Teralake.home@gmail.com and clearly indicate whether you are choosing Return Option 1 or 2 (with details of the reason and the return/exchange plan).

2. Condition of  Items : All returned jewelry must be in unused condition and include the original Teralake tags. We will not accept used or damaged jewelry.

3. Return Deadline: Items must be returned within 12 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

4. Packaging Requirements: Please return the jewelry in the original packaging and jewelry box to ensure the items are protected during shipping. Returns that do not meet these packaging requirements will not be accepted.

Return Costs

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping fees, including any additional costs incurred for the return.

· The refund amount will only include the product price and will not include any shipping or additional fees.

Custom Orders and Special Products
